Most gyms train athletes. D1 Aledo develops them.
Aledo’s Performance Training Home for Athletes and Adults
Structured coaching. Science-backed programming. Real results you can measure.
At D1 Aledo, athletes train to compete with confidence — and adults train to get stronger, healthier, and more consistent.
Every session starts with a plan, not guesswork. Every movement has intention. Every member has a clear path forward.
Why D1 Aledo
Real results follow a real system — not random workouts.
1. Baseline Assessment: Movement analysis, speed/strength markers, and confidence factors.
2. Personalized Training Plan: Matched to age, sport, and goals (athlete) or lifestyle + fitness history (adult).
3. Measured Progress: Re-testing every 6–8 weeks + coaching adjustments to keep progress on track.
This is how we build faster athletes and stronger adults — on purpose.

My son (9y) has been training at DI Training in Aledo for two years and goes 5–6 times a week. It’s been a great after-school activity that gives him structure and has a lot of health benefits. He recently broke his collarbone and is itching to get back, and we can’t wait to have him return as well. The coaches are great and really care about the kids. Highly recommend this program!Posted on Elizabeth MarksSeptember 15, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This gym is fantastic. The instructors are dedicated, the turf helps me push without pain, the variety of agility, strength, core, and aerobic workouts are a perfect mix and keep me motivated and challenged. Having been a member for several years, I enjoy the consistent drive to achieve more one day at a time!Posted on David JacksonAugust 12, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My child absolutely loved the speed and agility class! The coaches were energetic, encouraging, and really knew how to keep the kids engaged. Each session was well-organized, mixing fun drills with skill-building exercises that helped improve balance, coordination, and overall athleticism. Highly recommend for any young athlete looking to get faster, stronger, and more agile in a supportive environment!Posted on Jaime CastilloApril 7, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great classes - I like group classes but I was starting to hurt myself as I was pushing for more in other gyms . D1 group classes are small , so they pay more attention to proper form which means no injury and quicker progress. Loving it here.Posted on K VSeptember 28, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My kid took photos for baseball quick and easy Sufficient parking
